What is a Network associate?

A network associate is a licensed realtor who provides client referrals. Your referral is then given to an experienced agent.

Why become a network associate?

If you have a real estate license in the state of Florida and are not actively using it as a full-time agent, activate your license with us. You will earn money by referring friends and family on any type of real estate transaction, except residential rentals.  We are not limited to a Florida real estate transaction; we can refer anywhere in the world!  You can live anywhere in the world and refer all over the world, you just need to be licensed in Florida.

What is the advantage of keeping my license active?

You are not legally able to collect any type of Real Estate commissions or referral fees if your license is inactive. Your Real Estate license has to be under a licensed Broker in order to earn a real estate commission. By staying inactive, you will be paying fees to the state and real estate schools for CE and are not allowed to earn any type of real estate commission in this status.

How do I earn a referral fee?

When you place a referral with us through our website, we will select an experienced real estate professional, based on the type of real estate transaction, to handle the entire transaction for us. The cooperating broker will then pay Diversified Realty Referral Network the referral fee once the transaction closes. We can pay our agents quickly through ACH payment directly to your bank account or USPS mail within 1 business day for no additional fees.

If I'm the one buying or selling, can I still earn a referral fee?

Yes, you would refer yourself out just like a regular referral.  You will be paid when the transaction closes.

What type of real estate am I able to refer out and collect a referral fee?

You can refer out and earn a referral fee on residential, commercial, business brokerage, industrial, new construction & property managing real estate. Residential rentals are excluded because referral payments are difficult to obtain.  Most agents typically refer out to their personal contacts.

Can I choose the agent who will receive my referral leads?

Yes, if the referring brokerage company is willing to work with our program.  Their broker would have to agree with paying our referral fee which is 30% and 25% for any sales below $200,000.  The fee is paid on the closing of the buy or sell side of the transaction.

Also, we can pay you on any outstanding referrals that close within 365 days from the day you leave Diversified Realty Referral Network. These are your referrals, and you will get paid on them.

Can I continue as a referral associate if I move out of state or even the U.S.?

Yes, you can live outside of the state or U.S. as long as you are licensed in FL.

What out of pocket expenses would I be responsible for?
